Every custom plan begins with a family travel questionnaire so I can learn about your interests, ages, preferred pace, budget and travel priorities. Planning fees do not include lodging, transportation, admission, dining or other travel expenses.

I’ll personally review your request within two business days and confirm the best plan, final price and estimated delivery date.
If your trip is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure payment link. Your planning spot is reserved once full payment is received.
Your personalized adventure plan will be researched, created and delivered digitally within the confirmed timeframe.
I review whether your dates and destination fit the service, whether the package is right for your trip, whether I have the details needed and whether planning capacity is available. You’ll hear from me within two business days with a confirmation, a request for more details, another package recommendation or a friendly update on availability.
No deposit is needed for standard custom plans. If your trip is confirmed, your secure payment link holds the offered planning spot for three calendar days. Delivery is approximately 5 business days for Starter, 7–10 for Complete and 10–15 for Epic after payment and all required information are received.
Complete and Epic customers receive a brief halfway update. Your delivery email includes the download link and revision instructions. Included revisions may be requested within seven calendar days of delivery.
Timing may vary with trip complexity and current planning capacity. You’ll always receive an estimated delivery date before making payment. Exceptionally large Epic plans quoted above $500 may be offered a 50% deposit arrangement individually.
